The Engagement Manager should periodically review all supplier contracts to ensure they accurately reflect the
engagement's relationship with the supplier and current risks and market conditions. It is critical to make
sure that all parties understand and agree to all changes in requirements before implementing changes to the
contract.
Where necessary, it may be appropriate to revise the supplier contract to reflect any changes to their processes or
work products. This in turn, may mean revising engagement, supplier and client plans and commitments, including changes
to the engagement's processes or work products, to reflect the updated supplier contract.
All changes to the supplier contracts must be handled through the change control process. Getting agreement
and sign-off of changes to more than one contract must be carefully sequenced
